Programme
We offer competitive training programmes that cater to different age groups and different needs for each swimmer to “Be Your Own Champion”.
All our competitive team coaches have personal experience in competitive training and taking part in national and/or international competitions themselves. We believe this is important and is what sets our team coaches apart from the others. They can empathize with our students and are better able to guide and support students through not only physical but also emotional challenges during the training and competition process.
We have 5 training programmes for students with different levels and we assess students regularly for upgrades.
