FAQs
1. Must be able to swim at least three strokes confidently (e.g. freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke).
2. A background in dance or gymnastics is preferred, as it helps with coordination, rhythm, and flexibility.
3. Trial classes are available — our coaches will assess each swimmer's suitability for artistic swimming during the session.
Each participant will need to attend a trial session, which is a regular 45-minute class. The coach will assess their level and place them in the appropriate group based on their skills.

Our World Champion Head Coach, Tao Li, will assess each swimmer after one term (16 lessons) to ensure they are on the right track.
Additionally, you are welcome to speak with the coach after each lesson. The coach will provide advice on what can be done at home to help your child progress faster and improve their skills.
All of our coaches are carefully selected and trained by our Head Coach, Tao Li. Our program follows world-class aquatic standards, ensuring that every coach is equipped to provide the best instruction.
