After learning 4 basic strokes, now is the time to swim further with correct swimming technique. Developed specially for all ages, Staminal Swimming program consist of differing intensity of stroke corrections, improving techniques, building targeted stamina and nutrition guidance as a stepped up and preparation for swimming competitions respectively
